    This is a comprehensive diagnostic exercise to assess the degree to which the issues are external (strategic) and/or internal (execution) and recommending corrective action.

    We have access to talent search channels – interim or permanent positions.
    Our primary focus is on assisting, coaching and mentoring to insure a smooth transition. In sudden and unanticipated circumstances we will intervene and provide Interim coverage.

    Outside board members are invaluable as they bring a “been there done that” perspective to the many challenges faced by management.

  4. Mentoring and Leadership Roundtable Forums:

    Mentoring founder CEOs and first time CEOs is the hallmark of VPG. CEOs and senior management should reach out to mentors rather than assume that theirs is a burden to be shouldered alone. CEOs can avoid costly mistakes and gain proficiency in their roles much faster by engaging a high-profile veteran from outside the company. Also, in addition to one-on-one mentoring, VPG provides “Leadership Roundtable Forums” for executives and other management members

Compensation and Fees

VPG is open to considering equity (advisory shares), cash or a combination thereof.
