Ray is a general management executive and business entrepreneur with a successful track record in the computer industry as a president and CEO for eight high-tech venture-capital-backed software companies where he orchestrated several successful turnarounds and growth strategies. In 1999, Ray joined Summit Partners, a prestigious growth private equity and venture capital firm, as an executive-in-residence. In this advisory role Ray acted as a confidant, coach, and mentor to over 60 founder CEOs and first time CEOs. Throughout his career he has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic, and analytical skills. He is wired for problem - solving and acts as a change agent in very challenging environments.

Ray has served on many public and private company boards of directors and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. In 2015, he founded The Everest Leadership Academy for underserved children to maximize their untapped potential as leaders. He published four books: “My Life’s Journey as a CEO and Mentor,” “Embracing Leadership Principles,” “The CEO Handbook” and “My Life’s Journey.” He is also the author of “Leadership: The Essence of Being a Mentor,” which was published in Leader-to-Leader, a quarterly journal.

Dave Fall is the President & CEO of Brand Networks and is responsible for the company’s culture, corporate strategy and overall growth. A seasoned adtech and martech veteran with over two decades of experience, he has worked for some of the industry’s heaviest hitters. Most recently, Dave was the COO at Tapad (acquired by Telenor Group, 2016).

Dave began his career in consulting before spending over 10 years at DoubleClick and Google in product, technical services, and corporate development roles. After leaving Google in 2009, Dave led operations at Clickable (acquired by Syncapse, 2012), and held both COO and CPO roles at Syncapse (acquired by LookSmart, 2013).

Dave has helped advance the industry over the last 10 years by serving as a board member at both the National Advertising Initiative (NAI) between 2015 and 2017, and the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) between 2006 and 2012. Earlier this year, Dave started a nonprofit working to curb cyberbullying. A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Dave received his MBA from Rutgers University. He lives with his wife and three kids in suburban New Jersey.

Greg is a veteran operating executive and technology entrepreneur. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Orion Labs, a Silicon Valley SaaS company transforming enterprise collaboration for the deskless workforce, where he has raised over $40m of venture funding to fuel category creation and global operating growth. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer at SaaS collaboration leader HighQ (acquired by Thomsen Reuters 2019) and notably as Executive Vice President and Partner of Triple Point Technology, the global leader for in-cloud commodities management solutions. In 2013, he and his partners completed the successful sale of Triple Point to a strategic acquiror in one of the largest enterprise transactions of the year.

Greg serves as a Director on the Boards of Orion Labs, and of Conner Industries, a leader in industrial packaging solutions, Chairs the advisory Board of The Harris Freeman Company Inc. a diversified technology, food and beverage conglomerate, and serves on the Advisory Board of The Everest Leadership Academy.

He has extensive experience driving strategy, growth and execution for global companies including acquisitions and funding. Earlier in his career he served in leadership roles at Oracle, and at Datalogix International as a member of the management team that successfully took the company public. He started his career in sales and management at IBM after graduating with a BA from Connecticut College.

Scott is an experienced software industry executive and entrepreneur.  Most recently, Scott served as CEO and President of Integral Ad Science, a global technology and data company that provides solutions to many of the world’s largest brands. Scott grew the company from less than a million in revenue to nearly $200 million in annual revenue in 8 years. Under Scott’s leadership the company received many accolades including being named to Forbes Magazine’s List of Most Promising Companies in America, Crain’s Fast 50, Inc. 500, and Business Insider’s Most Interesting Ad-Tech and Mar-Tech companies (ranked #2 in 2018). Integral Ad Science sold to Vista Private Equity Partners in 2018 and Scott moved into an advisory role for the company in 2019.

Scott has extensive experience in building global tech businesses, raising capital, creating and driving strategy and cultivating award winning culture. Prior to Integral, Scott was the President of Aperture, a measurement technology platform that provided business intelligence to top brands, advertising agencies and publishers. Before Aperture, Scott spent six years as a senior executive at DoubleClick Inc., directing the launch and development of DoubleClick in nine countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, Singapore and Korea. Scott also served as Managing Director of DoubleClick Asia Pacific and Vice President and General Manager of Global Marketer Solutions.

Previously, Scott served as COO of Verified Person, and held management roles at Time Warner Inc. and Andersen Consulting. Scott holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Princeton University.

Mr. McHale is currently the President of McHale & Associates providing advisory board services to early-stage companies and mentoring for first-time CEO’s.

He has been the CEO of early-stage technology companies since 1990 and has one IPO on NASDAQ and two exits to strategic vendors over this time frame.

The companies he has run include DSET (NASDAQ), Actix in London, UK, and Aeryon Labs in Waterloo, Ontario. They span the range of network management and optimization software solutions to drones for militaries around the world.
A graduate of Villanova’s School of Business and a former Lieutenant in the US Navy, Mr. McHale lives outside Boston, MA.

Josh has extensive experience in all facets of operating and growing small to mid-cap companies in the consumer goods and omni-channel retail sectors, ranging from pre-revenue to $100M+ in revenue. Josh was Founder and CEO of Oceanus Advisors Inc., an investment and advisory firm that specializes in working with private equity-owned companies on strategy, sales, marketing, product development, operations, HR and M&A. Prior to that role, Josh was Founder and CEO of Mission Product Holdings, Inc., a leading, private equity-backed consumer brand focused on sports accessories. Prior to that role, Josh was Co-Founder and President of GoSMiLE Inc., an innovative private equity-backed consumer brand in the beauty industry. Josh began his career as a Co-Founder and EVP of Student Advantage, Inc., a publicly-held consumer brand in the youth marketing industry. Over the last 20 years, Josh has invested in, and served on the Board of Directors of, several high growth consumer companies.

Josh received his BS in Marketing and Finance from the University at Albany in 1997. He has received numerous industry awards and been recognized and featured on CNBC, Fox Business, and in NYT, WSJ, E&Y and more. In addition, Josh serves on the Board of Directors of Driving Force Group, a non-profit focused on social and justice equality.

John Gillis is a highly accomplished senior executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of success in the Computer Industry. He currently serves as EVP & Co-founder of Virtusa, a global IT consulting and outsourcing service provider. John’s leadership helped the company grow from startup phase with 10 staff and revenues under $300,000 in 1996 to over 20,000 staff members Worldwide and revenues of $ 1.2 Billion in 2019. Since its founding, John has led Virtusa’s Strategy to cultivate Partnerships with leading software and technology companies in a successful effort to leverage the client relationships of these partners as a source of new Clients for Virtusa. A tenacious and focused professional, John believes that the successful building and leveraging of business relationships within and outside any organization can dramatically influence revenue growth, profitably, loyalty and shareholder value. His time with Virtusa, as a member of the senior leadership team, has provided him firsthand experience of the opportunities and challenges faced by High Tech companies as they traverse various growth-related inflection points on their journey to per annum revenues of $ 1 Billion.

In 1990, John was one of the founding team members of INSCI Corporation, a supplier of digital document repositories and integrated output management products and services. He served as Chief Operating Officer and took the company Public after successfully leveraging business relationships to form strategic partnership arrangements with organizations such as IBM, Unisys, and Xerox.

John obtained his B.S. in Economics from Stony Brook University. John is active in his community and has served on several Massachusetts General Hospital committees.
